On page 6, after line 8 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(3) Beginning July 1, 2029, and each July 1st thereafter, the state treasurer must deposit at least 50 percent of the revenues collected under this chapter during the previous fiscal year to the education legacy trust account to fund the program of basic education and support of the common schools, consistent with RCW 28A.150.200 and RCW 28A.150.220. Funds provided under this subsection must supplement and may not supplant amounts otherwise appropriated for the program of basic education and the support of the common schools."

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
