On page 12, line 28 of the striking amendment, after "act." insert "If this section is amended to reduce the individual or combined standard deduction below $1,000,000, the department shall provide written notice to each employee in this state at their last known work or home address and by publication on the department's website.  The notice required by this section must state the legislature has broken its promise to the people of Washington to never reduce the standard deduction value below $1,000,000 and must further state the new standard deduction value."
