On page 2, after line 31, insert the following:

"The legislature understands that eliminating the 20 percent copays, setting an out-of-pocket maximum, and mandating dental, hearing, and vision coverage would render the medicare program insolvent without increasing costs to the hard working American citizens who are struggling to financially survive."

EFFECT: Declares that the Legislature understands that eliminating the 20 percent copays, setting an out-of-pocket maximum, and mandating dental, hearing, and vision coverage would render the Medicare program insolvent without increasing costs to the hard working American citizens who are struggling to financially survive.
