On page 4, line 39, after "employees" insert "and child care employers, including, but not limited to:
(A) Workplace and safety training requirements;
(B) Training requirements focused on recognizing the signs of child and youth endangerment, abuse, and imminent physical harm. For purposes of this subsection (2)(b)(iv)(B), "imminent physical harm" means a substantial risk of bodily injury, sexual abuse, or severe neglect and includes exposure to high-potency synthetic opioids and the presence of illicit substances; and
(C) Training requirements focused on child and youth safety at the premises of a child care workplace"
(2) Defines "imminent physical harm" as a substantial risk of bodily injury, sexual abuse, or severe neglect and includes exposure to high-potency synthetic opioids and the presence of illicit substances.
