On page 11, line 17, after "fingerprints." insert "A local law enforcement agency taking fingerprints pursuant to section 2 of this act must check for valid existing warrants for arrest of the applicant."
EFFECT: Requires local law enforcement to run a warrant check when an agency takes fingerprints for permit applications.
