On page 8, after line 21, insert the following:

"(17) If, at any point, this section is found to be facially unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the Washington state patrol firearms background check program shall reimburse all fees collected pursuant to this section."

EFFECT: Requires Washington state patrol firearms background check program to reimburse all fees collected if the permit to purchase program is found to be unconstitutional.
