"(iii) The Washington state patrol shall waive all permit application and background check fees in this section for all applicants from historically marginalized communities."

On page 11, line 17, after "fingerprints." insert "The Washington state patrol shall waive all permit application and background check fees required by this act for all applicants from historically marginalized communities."

EFFECT: Requires Washington state patrol waive application fees for individuals from historically marginalized communities.
