On page 5, line 13, after "permit." insert "The Washington state patrol background check program shall reimburse any permit fees charged if a permit to purchase firearms is not issued or denied within 30 days of the date the completed application was filed."

EFFECT: Requires the Washington state patrol background check program to reimburse permit fees when the background check program does not issue or deny a permit application within 30 days of the filing of the application.
