On page 6, line 25, after "(3)", insert "Upon the electronic or written consent of the tenant, the landlord may email a notice under this section to the tenant at an email address provided by the tenant. The tenant may revoke consent of email delivery in writing at any time prior to delivery of a notice of a rent increase. If the tenant consents to email notice under this subsection, the landlord must provide the tenant with information on how the tenant may revoke consent to email notice.

| EFFECT: Allows tenants to revocably consent to receiving electronic notice of rent or fee increases. Provides for notice to the tenant of how to revoke consent to electronic notice of rent or fee increases.
