"NEW SECTION. Sec. 305. The Washington state economic and revenue forecast council shall analyze the projected impact to state and local government revenues from the policies in this act and the provisions of this act shall only take effect if the council finds that this act will not adversely impact state and local government revenues. The council shall submit its findings to the office of financial management and the office shall notify the office of the code reviser whether the condition has been met for provisions of this act to go into effect and shall publish this information in a press release."

EFFECT: The Washington state Economic and Revenue Forecast Council (ERFC) shall analyze the impact of the act on state and local revenues, and if there is no adverse impact then ERFC shall notify the Office of Financial Management of these findings who shall notify the Code Reviser the provisions of the act are effective and publish this information in a press release.
