On page 2, line 35, after "(iii)" insert "Hydrofluorocarbons acquired for use in commercial or agricultural buildings used primarily for the storage of apples;

Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
On page 6, line 24, after "requirement." insert "The rules adopted under this section may not restrict the use of refrigerants in commercial or agricultural buildings used primarily for the storage of apples."
EFFECT: (1) Exempts hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) acquired for use in commercial or agricultural buildings used primarily for the storage of apples from prohibitions against selling or distributing HFCs with specified global warming potentials (GWPs).
(2) Prohibits the Department of Ecology from restricting the use of refrigerants in commercial or agricultural buildings used primarily for the storage of apples when adopting rules requiring low or ultra-low GWP alternatives in a sector.
