Correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Adds that exemptions from the Energy Performance Standard for extenuating conditions, as approved by the Department of Commerce prior to the reporting date, include port warehouses or storage facilities built between 1950 and 1970 designed to receive and distribute cargo on an ongoing basis, requiring exterior doors to be open for long periods that would necessitate significant remodel for energy efficiency.
