On page 5, after line 32, insert the following:
"(b) Prior to the release of any records, the department of labor and industries must redact the personal addresses of all employees referenced in the records."
EFFECT: Requires the department of labor and industries to redact the personal addresses of all employees referenced in the records prior to the release of any records.
