(i) Agricultural commodities that were grown, raised, harvested, caught, or otherwise derived fully or in part within the state of Washington; or
(ii) Fully or in part prepared, processed, assembled, cooked, or packaged within the state of Washington.

Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: The term "locally produced" is replaced with "locally sourced."
"Locally sourced" is defined to mean agricultural commodities that were grown, raised, harvested, caught, or otherwise derived fully or in part within the state of Washington; or fully or in part prepared, processed, assembled, cooked, or packaged within the state of Washington.
"Small businesses" is struck and replaced with "businesses."
