On page 28, after line 7, insert the following:
"(24) $45,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2026 is provided solely for the office to support the underground economy task force created in section 906, chapter 376, Laws of 2024."
On page 50, line 13, decrease the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2026) by $375,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Corrects drafting errors to do the following:
(1) Update a reporting deadline for the riparian funding task force.
(2) Transfer funding for the Attorney General's Office to support the Underground Economy Task Force from fiscal year 2025 to fiscal year 2026.
(3) Remove a duplicative proviso for funding in fiscal year 2026 for the water and environmental center at Walla Walla Community College.
(4) Correct an internal reference.
(5) Remove the appropriation of funds from the Long-Term Services and Supports Trust Account
—State related to the cost shift from Medicaid long-term care services to benefit payouts from the WA Cares Program. An appropriation for benefit payments is not required pursuant to RCW
50B.04.100.
(6) Correct appropriation amounts for the Department of Children, Youth, and Families—Program Support.
(7) Allow appropriation of moneys in the financial services regulation fund for Department of Revenue operations in the 2025-2027 fiscal biennium.
(8) Allow transfer of excess fund balance from the Horse Racing Commission Class C Purse Fund into the Washington Horse Racing Commission Operating Account.
