On page 10, after line 12, insert the following:

"(11) $1,094,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2026 and $1,094,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2027 are provided solely for the statewide fiscal impact on Thurston county courts. It is the intent of the legislature that this policy will be continued in subsequent fiscal biennia."
