EFFECT: Adds the definition of residential parenting program to RCW
9.94A.030. Removes expanded eligibility for the community parenting alternative (CPA) for individuals expected to take over the duties of a caregiver or parent. Restores work release eligibility to no more than the final 12 months of the person's term of confinement. Removes provisions related to the graduated reentry program and work release program standards from the bill.
