On page 3, after line 2, insert the following:
"(8) Nothing in this section may be construed to impose criminal liability on a person or entity in cases where the person or entity is alleged to have violated a de minimis or immaterial provision of this chapter."
On page 3, after line 33, insert the following:
"(8) Nothing in this section may be construed to impose criminal liability on a person or entity in cases where the person or entity is alleged to have violated a de minimis or immaterial provision of this chapter."
On page 4, after line 21, insert the following:
"(7) Nothing in this section may be construed to impose criminal liability on a person or entity in cases where the person or entity is alleged to have violated a de minimis or immaterial provision of this chapter."
On page 9, after line 39, insert the following:
"(9) Nothing in this section may be construed to impose criminal liability on a person or entity in cases where the person or entity is alleged to have violated a de minimis or immaterial provision of this chapter."

EFFECT: Provides that a person or entity may not be held criminally liable for violations of the state Water Pollution Control Act, Clean Air Act, or Hazardous Waste Management Act for violations of de minimis or immaterial provisions of the applicable statutes.
