On page 3, after line 2, insert the following:
"(8) Information submitted by a permittee during the application process shall not be admissible as evidence in a criminal prosecution under this chapter."
On page 3, after line 33, insert the following:
"(8) Information submitted by a permittee during the application process shall not be admissible as evidence in a criminal prosecution under this chapter."
On page 4, after line 21, insert the following:
"(7) Information submitted by a permittee during the application process shall not be admissible as evidence in a criminal prosecution under this chapter."
On page 9, after line 39, insert the following:
"(8) Information submitted by a permittee during the application process shall not be admissible as evidence in a criminal prosecution under this chapter."
On page 11, after line 25, insert the following:
"(9) Information submitted by a permittee during the application process shall not be admissible as evidence in a criminal prosecution under this chapter."
On page 12, after line 36, insert the following:
"(8) Information submitted by a permittee during the application process shall not be admissible as evidence in a criminal prosecution under this chapter."
On page 14, after line 21, insert the following:

EFFECT: Prevents information submitted by a permittee during the application process from being admissible evidence in a criminal prosecution under the state Water Pollution Control Act, Clean Air Act, and Hazardous Waste Management Act.
