On page 1, beginning on line 18, after "below" strike all material through "43.216.802" on line 20 and insert "60 percent of the state median income"
EFFECT: Specifies that the top of the income threshold for allowable enrollment for military families in the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program is 60 percent of the state median income instead of referencing the eligibility threshold in the Working Connections Child Care program.
