On page 2, line 25, after "(6)" insert "Any health care provider or health care entity receiving abortion medications under this section may only receive abortion medications if the health care provider or health care entity is located in Washington state.

Correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Requires any health care provider or health care entity that receives abortion medication under this act to be located in Washington state. Health care providers or health care entities may only distribute abortion medications to residents of Washington state that are located in Washington state.
