On page 5, after line 37, insert the following:
"(12) If the civil investigation demand issued under this section does not reveal any law violations, the attorney general must reimburse the recipient of the demand for all costs associated with responding to and complying with the civil investigative demand."
EFFECT: Requires the AGO to reimburse CID recipients for any costs associated with compliance if the CID does not find any law violations.
