On page 1, after line 12, insert the following:

"(b) The attorney general may not issue written civil investigative demands under this section to law enforcement agencies that have enacted a policy consistent with guidance published by the attorney general pursuant to RCW 43.10.315."

EFFECT: Prevents the attorney general from issuing a civil investigative demand to law enforcement agencies that have adopted policies consistent with attorney general model policies regarding the keep Washington working act.
