On page 5, after line 37, insert the following:
"(12)(a) This section does not apply to an essential business.
(b) For purposes of this subsection, "essential business" means any business employing a person deemed an essential critical infrastructure worker pursuant to the governor's proclamation no. 20-25, et seq., "Stay Home - Stay Healthy.""
EFFECT: Exempts essential businesses from being issued civil investigative demands. Defines "essential business."
