On page 1, line 12, after "RCW" insert ", as reviewed and approved by an assistant attorney general in the division conducting the investigation"
EFFECT: Requires facts and circumstances to exist that would reasonably lead to possible violations of enumerated state and federal law prior to when the attorney general may issue written civil investigative demands. Requires an assistant attorney general in the division conducting the investigation to review and approve of the civil investigative demand.
