On page 78, line 27, decrease the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2026) by $150,000
On page 78, line 29, decrease the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2027) by $4,427,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
Beginning on page 79, line 24, after "(4)" strike all material through "facility." on page 80, line 10 and insert "The department shall charge sublessors of the pacific tower property amounts in rent sufficient to fully cover both the master lease and operating costs of the property."
On page 144, line 33, increase the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2026) by $390,000
On page 144, line 35, increase the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2027) by $780,000
On page 144, line 37, increase the General Fund—Federal Appropriation by $1,154,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 152, after line 32, insert the following:
"(aa) $390,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2026, $780,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2027, and $1,154,000 of the general fund—federal appropriation are provided solely to provide access to the individual and family services waiver to those individuals on the service request list as forecasted by the caseload forecast council."
EFFECT: • Removes funding for an evaluation of facility needs to maximize usage and return on investment of the Pacific Tower property.
• Removes funding for lease payments of the Pacific Tower property starting in fiscal year 2027 and directs Commerce to charge sublessors of the pacific tower property amounts in rent sufficient to fully cover both the master lease and operating costs of the property.
• Appropriates funding to the Developmental Disabilities Administration of the Department of Social and Health Services to provide access to the individual and family services waiver to those individuals on the service request list.
