On page 81, line 7, increase the Statewide Information Technology System Development Revolving Account—State Appropriation by $59,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 89, after line 2, insert the following:
"(11) $59,000 of the statewide information technology system development revolving account—state appropriation is provided solely for implementation of Senate Bill No. 5151 (annual state spending growth). If the bill is not enacted by June 30, 2026, the amount provided in this subsection shall lapse."
On page 92, line 10, increase the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2027) by $16,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 95, after line 23, insert the following:
"(20) $16,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2027 is provided solely for implementation of Senate Bill No. 5151 (annual state spending growth). If the bill is not enacted by June 30, 2026, the amount provided in this subsection shall lapse."
EFFECT: Provides funding to implement Senate Bill 5151 (annual state spending growth).
