On page 181, line 27, decrease the General Fund—Federal Appropriation by $100,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 278, line 5, increase the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2026) by $5,000
On page 278, line 7, increase the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2027) by $5,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 281, after line 16, insert the following:
"(8) $5,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2026 and $5,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2027 are provided solely for the department to contract with the University of Washington's Harborview abuse and trauma center for the sexual assault nurse examiner training program, which includes expanding virtual training modules, access to forensic sexual assault examinations, and access to services for victims of sexual assault."
On page 297, line 5, decrease the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2026) by $5,000
On page 297, line 7, decrease the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2027) by $5,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 303, line 15, after "(22)" strike "$375,000" and insert "$370,000"
On page 303, line 16, after "and" strike "$375,000" and insert "$370,000"
EFFECT: (1) Corrects a typographical error to prevent overappropriation of federal funds.
(2) Corrects allocation of a proviso between administrations within the Department of Health.
FISCAL EFFECT: None.
