On page 452, line 9, decrease the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2027) by $17,000,000

Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.

On page 459, after line 6, insert the following:

"(46) The state board for community and technical colleges shall consolidate at least one college district by June 30, 2027."

EFFECT: Savings are achieved by requiring the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges to consolidate at least one college district by June 30, 2027.
