On page 23, line 17, increase the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2027) by $2,226,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 26, after line 20, insert the following:
"(16) $2,226,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2027 is provided solely for costs related to placing Initiative Measure No. IL26-001 (parental rights/schools) on the November 2026 statewide general election ballot."
EFFECT: Provides funding for costs related to placing Initiative Measure No. IL26-001 (parental rights/schools) on the November 2026 statewide general election ballot.
