On page 4, beginning on line 10, strike all of subsection (8)
Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Removes the language that causes the requirements of the bill to take effect, supersede, preempt, and invalidate any conflicting local regulation in a city or county that has not adopted or amended ordinances, regulations, or other official controls one year after the effective date of the bill.
