On page 2, beginning on line 24, after "housing." strike all material through "jurisdiction." on line 25
On page 2, beginning on line 26, after "of" strike all material through "commercial" on line 28 and insert "the total area within its jurisdiction"
On page 4, line 17, after "(9)" strike "For the purpose of this section, "publicly" and insert "For the purposes of this section:
(a) "Publicly"
On page 4, after line 20, insert the following:
"(b) "Total area" includes any area zoned for commercial and mixed-use development minus the station areas within the city or county's jurisdiction."
EFFECT: Clarifies the portions of the area within a jurisdiction that can require mixed-use or ground floor commercial. Defines total area as any area zoned for commercial and mixed-use development minus the station areas within the jurisdictions.
