EFFECT: Requires a county that has not imposed the sales and use tax for chemical dependency or mental health treatment services or therapeutic courts prior to October 9, 2015, but imposes the tax after a city in that county has imposed the tax prior to October 9, 2015, to consult, rather than enter into an interlocal agreement, with that city.
