Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Adds a representative of a statewide organization involved with recreational e-bike use and a representative of a statewide organization involved with recreational e-moto use to the e-moto work group convened by the Department of Licensing.
