On page 5, line 25, after "state;" strike "and either" and insert "((and either))"

On page 5, line 35, after "choice" insert "; and

(e) Notify local law enforcement that a youth has been admitted to the facility"

On page 6, line 32, after "center." insert "The administrator or the administrator's designee shall notify local law enforcement that a youth has been admitted to the HOPE center."

EFFECT: The administrator of a crisis residential center and HOPE center are to notify local law enforcement when a youth is admitted to the facility.
