On page 5, line 16, after "
RCW 13.32A.082" insert "

On page 6, line 5, after "13.32A.082," insert "however the administrator shall notify the child's parents of the child's physical and emotional condition,"
On page 24, line 11, after "guardian" insert ", however, the host home shall notify the youth's parent or legal guardian of the child's physical and emotional condition"
EFFECT: The administrator of a crisis residential center is to notify a child's parent of the child's physical and emotional condition upon the child's arrival and if the child runs away, although a compelling reason prevents notifying the child's parent of the child's location.
A host home is to notify youth's parent of a youth's physical and emotional condition even if there is a compelling reason that precludes the host home from obtaining parental permission for the youth to stay longer than six months.
