On page 6, beginning on line 8, after "and" strike all material through "custodian" on line 36 and insert "there are unlawfully possessed controlled substances in the home, the court shall order the removal of the child or children"
Correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: If a child is under the age of five at the time of filing the dependency petition and there are unlawfully possessed controlled substances in the home, the court shall order the removal of the child/children.
