On page 6, line 37, after "(d)" insert "When substance use or caregiver impairment contributed to the risk of harm, the court may require verification of sobriety, treatment compliance, or other evidence demonstrating caregiver capacity before allowing the child to remain in the home.

Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Allows the court to require verification of sobriety, treatment compliance, or other evidence demonstrating caregiver capacity before allowing the child to remain in the home.
