On page 14, after line 33, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 4. If specific funding for the purposes of this act, referencing this act by bill or chapter number, is not provided by June 30, 2026, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

On page 1, line 5 of the title, after "creating" strike "a new section" and insert "new sections"

EFFECT: A null and void clause is added, making the bill null and void unless funded in the budget.
