AN ACT Relating to voting; and amending RCW 29.10.123.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  Section 1, chapter 30, Laws of 1983 1st ex. sess. and RCW 29.10.123 are each amended to read as follows:

          Challenges of voter registration filed within thirty days of any primary or election, general or special, shall be administered wholly under RCW 29.10.125 and 29.10.127.  Challenges of registration of any voter whose name appears on a primary or election ballot must be filed more than thirty days prior to that primary or election.
