AN ACT Relating to the fairs commission; and repealing RCW 43.131.273 and 43.131.274.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

                   (1) Section 10, chapter 197, Laws of 1983 and RCW 43.131.273; and

          (2) Section 36, chapter 197, Laws of 1983 and RCW 43.131.274.
