AN ACT Relating to state lands; creating a new section; and providing an expiration date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The department of natural resources shall permit the department of general administration to negotiate on behalf of the department of natural resources for the sale or lease of property commonly known as the grounds of northern state hospital.
