AN ACT Relating to prizes; and adding a new section to chapter 9.46 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 9.46 RCW to read as follows:

          None of the provisions of this chapter shall prohibit the award of a firearm as a prize in a raffle as raffle is defined in RCW 9.46.020(19).
