AN ACT Relating to claims involving the design of highways, roads, streets, and sidewalks.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall be known as the Highway, Road, Street, and Sidewalk Design Claims Act of 1986.
