AN ACT Relating to modifying the model litter control act for the purpose of water quality clean up.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall be known as the modifying the model litter control act for the purpose of water quality clean up  act of 1986.
