AN ACT Relating to self-insurers; and adding a new section to chapter 51.14 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 51.14 RCW to read as follows:

          Self-insurers shall not employ or in any other manner permit any service company to administer any responsibility of, or manage any industrial insurance matter concerning, a self-insurer under this chapter.
