AN ACT Relating to liens for crop dusting and spraying; and adding a new section to chapter 60.14 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 60.14 RCW to read as follows:

          Liens established under this chapter shall have the same priority as seed liens provided for in chapter 60.12 RCW.
