AN ACT Relating to employers' contributions to the retirement system; and adding a new section to chapter 43.88 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.88 RCW to read as follows:

          The legislature shall not limit the authority of the director of the department of retirement systems to set employer contribution rates under RCW 41.40.370 for member employees who are not state employees.
