AN ACT Relating to electric generating power facilities; and repealing RCW 54.44.010, 54.44.020, 54.44.030, 54.44.040, 54.44.050, 54.44.060, 54.44.900, 54.44.901, and 54.44.910.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

                   (1) Section 1, chapter 159, Laws of 1967, section 1, chapter 7, Laws of 1973 1st ex. sess., section 1, chapter 72, Laws of 1975-'76 2nd ex. sess. and RCW 54.44.010;

          (2) Section 2, chapter 159, Laws of 1967, section 2, chapter 7, Laws of 1973 1st ex. sess., section 1, chapter 72, Laws of 1974 ex. sess., section 2, chapter 72, Laws of 1975-'76 2nd ex. sess. and RCW 54.44.020;

          (3) Section 3, chapter 159, Laws of 1967, section 3, chapter 7, Laws  of 1973 1st ex. sess. and RCW 54.44.030;

          (4) Section 4, chapter 159, Laws of 1967, section 4, chapter 7, Laws  of 1973 1st ex. sess. and RCW 54.44.040;

          (5) Section 5, chapter 159, Laws of 1967, section 5, chapter 7, Laws  of 1973 1st ex. sess. and RCW 54.44.050;

          (6) Section 6, chapter 159, Laws of 1967, section 6, chapter 7, Laws  of 1973 1st ex. sess. and RCW 54.44.060;

          (7) Section 7, chapter 159, Laws of 1967 and RCW 54.44.900;

          (8) Section 8, chapter 7, Laws  of 1973 1st ex. sess. and RCW 54.44.901; and

          (9) Section 8, chapter 159, Laws of 1967 and RCW 54.44.910.
