AN ACT Relating to missing children; and adding a new section to chapter 43.43 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.43 RCW to read as follows:

          There is hereby established within the Washington state patrol a missing children's information center to be a repository of information on missing persons under eighteen years of age.

          The state patrol shall adopt procedures for the collection and dissemination of information regarding missing persons under eighteen years of age.
